Rink Rules & Assumption of Risk
By entering Summit Ice Center, all participants and spectators assume all risks and dangers associated with ice skating and related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of injury from ice skates, hockey pucks, sticks, other skaters, spectators, or thrown objects.
By entering the facility, the Holder agrees to release Summit Ice Center, Big Celly, LLC et al., and all employees from any claims related to these risks. The Holder also agrees to follow all facility policies and comply with instructions given by Summit Ice personnel.
Purchase of admission constitutes consent for Summit Ice to use the Holder’s image or likeness, without compensation, in any news, commercial, advertising, or promotional materials.
Facility Rules
General Conduct

All skaters must purchase a public session sticker and wear it visibly on their clothing.

No running, horseplay, or unsafe behavior anywhere in the facility.

No tag or games of any kind on or off the ice.

Skating in a manner that endangers or interferes with others—such as spins, jumps, roughness, excessive speed, or weaving—is strictly prohibited.

Skaters must keep moving while on the ice; no stopping in traffic areas.
Ice Use & Equipment

No stick-and-puck or ball play outside the designated playing surfaces.

No one may enter the ice without skates.

Carrying children or secondary items (cameras, handbags, etc.) while skating is prohibited.
Safety & Facility Care

No food or beverages are allowed on the ice at any time.

No smoking anywhere within the facility.

Patrons may not sit on, lean over, or place items on the dasher boards.

All exits must remain clear at all times.

No animals are allowed inside the facility (except approved service animals).

Report any incidents or property damage to a manager or supervisor immediately.

No one may enter the ice during resurfacing; the Zamboni doors must be fully closed before re-entry.

Throwing snow or any objects is strictly prohibited.
Personal Belongings -
Summit Ice is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items anywhere on the premises.​
